A 76-year-old British tourist drowned off the coast of Kalymnos, Greece, while swimming near Vathi port after traveling from Kos. The incident occurred when the tourist struggled to return to his boat and tragically drowned in front of his wife. Despite the efforts of rescue teams consisting of the coastguard, police, and divers, he was pronounced dead at Kalymnos General Hospital.
