King Charles is making efforts to enhance his relationship with his grandson, Prince Archie, who is currently residing in California with his parents, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. On the occasion of Archie’s fifth birthday, Charles expressed his intention to wish him well over the phone, despite admitting to some struggles with new technology.
This development comes as Prince Harry prepares to travel to the UK to mark the anniversary of the Invictus Games. During his visit, Harry is expected to meet with King Charles. This meeting follows Harry’s trip to the UK earlier in the year, which was motivated by Charles’ cancer diagnosis.
It is reported that there are no current plans for Harry to meet with his brother, Prince William, the Prince of Wales, amid ongoing family tensions.
Following his UK visit, Prince Harry will travel to Nigeria to join Meghan, who has chosen not to accompany him on the trip to the UK. The couple resides in California after stepping back from their roles as senior members of the Royal Family.
