The first victim, a 44-year-old woman, was hit in the head with a crossbow bolt while crossing a street. Subsequently, a 20-year-old man suffered a neck injury from a crossbow bolt near the initial attack scene. Both victims were fortunate to sustain non-life-threatening injuries and have been discharged from the hospital.
The Metropolitan Police have launched a manhunt to identify and apprehend the perpetrator, underlining the attacks’ gravity.
