The remains of Rodrigo Falcon, an Argentinian barman who disappeared over a year ago in the Scottish Highlands, were found near Aviemore. Falcon, originally from Argentina, had moved to Scotland in 2016. He was last seen leaving a nightclub in freezing conditions in the Cairngorms mountain range. His loved ones and family had been searching for him since his disappearance, with his mother publicly seeking information. Authorities are currently confirming the identity of the body.

In a separate incident, a murder investigation in Salford, Greater Manchester, has unfolded following the discovery of dismembered body parts at various locations. The remains were initially found at Kersal Dale Wetlands on April 4. Subsequent searches revealed additional parts in Colliery Wood, Blackleach Reservoir, and an alleyway near Bolton. The victim has been identified as 67-year-old Stuart Everett, and DNA analysis confirmed his identity. Two men, Michal Jaroslaw Polchowski, 68, and Marcin Majerkiewicz, 42, have been charged with his murder. The two are currently in custody with a trial set for 2025. Investigations are ongoing with Greater Manchester Police dedicated to providing answers and justice for Everett’s family.
