Marius Gustavson, the operator of a gruesome body modification website, has pleaded guilty to charges including conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm, as revealed in Old Bailey court proceedings. The website, known as ‘Eunuch Maker,’ attracted over 22,000 users and generated nearly £300,000 by hosting videos of extreme surgeries like castrations and amputations.

Between 2017 and 2021, Gustavson and six associates, including a retired chemist and a veterinary student, carried out around 30 illegal procedures involving the removal of male genitals, selling films of these acts on a pay-per-view basis. The group also engaged in the removal and trafficking of body parts, with some members reportedly keeping excised genitalia as trophies.

Investigations unearthed disturbing evidence, including human testicles found in a chest freezer during a police raid in South Wales. The accused individuals, lacking medical qualifications, utilized a variety of tools inappropriate for human surgery, such as those used in animal castrations.

The court heard that Gustavson, originally from Norway, was driven to these extreme activities following the breakdown of his marriage in 2016, viewing them as a form of empowerment. Through further proceedings, 13 victims have been identified and placed under specialist care.

The ongoing sentencing hearing continues to expose the details of this harrowing operation, highlighting its scale and the shocking practices involved.
